Go Green from time to time


Today I started my day with spinach and broccoli. Just boil some frozen spinach in a little bit of water. Steam the broccoli in a separate pot and later add them to the spinach. Add a lot of Himalaya salt, butter and extra virgin olive oil.

Green vegetables are full of micronutrients that help your metabolism work properly. Only when your body is provided with all the nutrients it can work at its optimum level and burn all that stubborn body fat.
