Sometimes people ask me whether I juice. The answer is no.
While there are definitely some benefits to juicing I am convinced that it is possible to get all vital macro and micronutrients via your meals. Besides less clean up (cleaning a juicer can sometimes be a hassle) proper meals also have the advantage that your digestion system still has some work to do for decomposing the food intake.
Easiest way is to get yourself a steel wok so that the food actually stays where it is supposed to be while stiring plus it gives you the benefit of being able to handle larger capacities. So it is ideal for preparing veggies for the whole family. Really make sure that the wok is made out of steel and does not have some fancy surface on it that leaks into the food over time.
Then you are ready to add half a tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil or organic ghee so that you can properly stir-fry the vegetables.
Be mindful that vegetables like broccoli need more time than others so you might want to add them first. Prepare them firm to the bite and avoid overcooking.
PS: Add some grass fed butter and extra virgin olive oil as soon as the dish is ready to be served.
